Director - Representing Wheatland Electric Cooperative
Charles Ayers has been a member of the Board since November 2000. He served as Sunflower's Chairman of the Board from 2003 to 2008, and has been on Wheatland's Board since 1986. He is the son-in-law of one of Wheatland's founders. Mr. Ayers also serves on the Board of Directors for the Western Fuels Association and ACES Power Marketing.
He graduated from Amherst College with a biology degree and later graduated from the San Francisco Theological Seminary with a Masters degree in Theology.
