Mrs. Haberman began her career with Sunflower Electric Power Corporation in May 1986. In her current position she is responsible for providing culture and organizational development support to Sunflower employees, for proactively identifying and addressing organizational issues/constraints/barriers to facilitate the timely and effective delivery of strategic business initiatives and major change initiatives. She coordinates and develops leadership programs that identify, define, and continuously update clear, specific culture/leadership competencies.

She holds a human resources management degree from Friends University.
