His primary responsibility includes working with Member co-ops to develop wholesale pricing strategies and the development of Sunflower's wholesale and contract rates. He prepares testimony and serves as an expert witness before KCC.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Fort Hays State University and he also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Regis University.
