Mr. Janson began his service on the Sunflower Board of Directors in 2000. He began his co-op career at Victory in 1971. He accepted a position at the Lower Colorado River Authority in Austin, Texas, before returning to Victory in 1975re returning to Victory in 1975. He was selected as the Manager in 2000.

Mr. Janson also serves as the Vice-Chairman of Mid-Kansas Electric Company, LLC, a company recently formed to purchase the Kansas electric assets of Aquila, Inc.
