His responsibilities include the management of power supply and large customer contracts including municipalities, and he oversees the rates, billing and regulatory relations departments.

He is a mechanical engineering graduate of the University of Missouri - Rolla. Bob is a Past President of the Kansas Society of Professional Engineers and also is a member of NSPE and ASME.
