Mr. McGinley joined Sunflower in 2007. He is responsible for Sunflower’s efforts to enhance the economic well-being of central and western Kansas.

In 1980, he began his career in the utility industry with Aquila, located in Great Bend, Kan. There he served in many capacities including Customer Service, Rates and Regulatory, Human Resources and Economic Development.

McGinley is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma. He also studied business administration at Dodge City Community College and Wichita State University.
