Mr. Miller joined Sunflower
as Purchasing Manager in 1983. He served in several
positions before promoted to his current position. His job
responsibilities include the management of the communications
function, state political activities, and
property/casualty insurance program. He received the
National Rural Economic Developers Association Rural
Leadership Award in 2002 for his work in the creation of
the western Kansas Rural Economic Development Alliance.
