Mr. Miller began his service on the Sunflower Board in 1988. His co-op career began immediately following graduation from college. Prairie Land Electric Cooperative (formerly Norton-Decatur Electric Cooperative) is the only employer he's had in his business career. Besides his duties at Prairie Land and Sunflower, he also serves as the Chairman of Mid-Kansas Electric Company, LLC, a company recently formed to purchase the Kansas electric assets of Aquila, Inc.

Miller earned his Bachelors degree in Political Science from Fort Hays State University.
