in the utility industry starting his career with Green River Electric Corporation in Owensboro, KY as an electrician and line technician. He served many years in maintenance and operations positions with Big Rivers Electric Corporation in Henderson, Kentucky. He was the Plant Manager at the Coleman Station for three years and at the Wilson Station for 15 years. 

Moss’ educational background includes Stationary Steam Engineering and Power Plant Operations courses through the University of Chicago.  Moss has continued his course work training with Western Kentucky University, Owensboro Community College, University of Evansville and Murray State University.
