Mr. Norman first joined the
Sunflower Board of Directors in 1989. He has served the
members of Wheatland Electric since 1979. He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering in addition to a Masters of Science degree in Mathematics from Kansas State University. |
