Mr. Overland joined
Sunflower in 1987. His first position with Sunflower was
as a Substation Supervisor. He served Sunflower in several
positions and was promoted to his current position in
2005. has over 22 years experience in the electric utility
industry primarily with rural electric utilities. He began his utility career in 1969 with Southwestern Public Service Company in Amarillo, Texas. Since that time he worked for the Colorado-Ute Electric Association and was a District Manager for the Southeast Colorado Power Association. |
