Board Member - Representing Pioneer Electric Cooperative
Mr. Rubart has been a member of the Sunflower Board of Directors since 1985. He has served as Vice Chairman and twice served as Chairman of the Board. He also represents Kansas on the Board of Directors for the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.
In addition to his co-op activities, Mr. Rubart continues to be involved with his business investments and is a devoted community leader.
