Mr. Seacat joined Sunflower in 2007. He is responsible for managing gas resource assets including Cimarron River Station, Clifton Station, Garden City Station, Great Bend Station and Fort Dodge Station.

He began his career in the utility industry in 1983 as a Meter Reader for People’s Natural Gas in Dodge City, Kan. During the next 17 years, he worked for People’s Natural Gas as a Service Specialist, a Gas Marketing Specialist, and a Customer Service Supervisor/Manager. In 2001 he became Assistant Plant Manager for Aquila’s Judson Large Station in Dodge City, and he was promoted to Plant Manager in 2004.
