Mr. Steffens joined the Sunflower Board of Directors in 2001. His co-op career began at Traverse Electric Cooperative in his hometown of Traverse, Minnesota in 1985. He joined Lane-Scott as its General Manager in 2001.
He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Bemidji State University in Bemidji, Minnesota.
