Mr. Watkins served as legal
counsel to Sunflower since 1977 and assumed the
responsibilities as Vice President, General Counsel and
Corporate Secretary in
November 2001. He was selected by the Sunflower Board
of Directors as its fourth President and Chief Executive Officer
in 2004. Watkins also serves on several boards including the Western Fuels Association and ACES Power Marketing. Mr. Watkins received his undergraduate and Juris Doctorate degrees from Kansas University. |
