Mr. Zerfas has over 16 years of professional human resources experience.  He originally joined Sunflower in 2001 in the Benefits Department.  In his current position he is responsible for the management of the human resource functions at Sunflower.

Mr. Zerfas received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Personnel Administration emphasis) from The Wichita State University, Master’s of Science in Management from Friends University, and since 1996 has been nationally certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute.  Mr. Zerfas also teaches graduate courses in human resources at Fort Hays State University.
