As with other cooperatives,
Sunflower's leadership begins with the decisions made by
its
Board of
Directors. The Sunflower Board of Directors is
comprised of two
representatives from each of the six Member Systems. The
Board hires the President and Chief Executive Officer who
hires the Management Team. Sunflower believes its success is directly tied to personal leadership skills and is dedicated to ongoing programs of continuous personal leadership development. The leadership programs involve every employee and have been developed as a result of TRAITS contained in Sunflower's Culture Statement. |
